This term we have been looking at mini beasts as well as celebrate Chinese New Year - Year of the Ox. The children were given the opportunity to practise their skills using chop sticks with pasta. They also watched the story of the "Great Race - The story of the Chinese Zodiac".

We also went out and enjoyed the snow, made a snowman and snow angels. We watched how textures change such as, how snow melts, How soil changes from dry to wet, how pasta turns from hard to soft when the water changes from cold to hot.
