Meet Our Team

Our dedicated team of qualified and experienced early years educators bring warmth, expertise, and passion to every day.

 

We build strong relationships within the community and with our families, and work closely with parents to support each child’s unique learning journey.

 

Note: All onsite educators are certified paediatric and adult first aiders able to administer medicines, including emergency EpiPen use.

 

Anne Marie Glancy (Founder 2011)

 

Preschool Owner-Manager, Lead Educator

 

Early Years specialist with 50+ years’ experience in caring for children of all ages and abilities. Many know Anne Marie through the Church (her parish for more than 60 years) and her previous work in school nursing and quality childcare and early years education assessing and tutoring.

Dannielle Glancy (2011)

 

Preschool Manager, Lead Practitioner

 

Early Years specialist with 15 years’ experience, Danni is dedicated to play-based learning, particularly outdoor and nature-based exploration; as a passionate advocate for animal welfare and nature preservation. A keen sportswoman (having competed in semi-professional football and amateur boxing), Danni brings learning, health and wellbeing to life, making them fun, through music and movement and healthy eating habits.

Wonderful with our children, everyday they benefit from Tanya’s dedication to them and the preschool. Also, a keen volunteer, giving her time to charities and the church, Tanya is a valued member of the local community.

Excellent with our children, and committed to a career in Early Years Education, Kirstie is now undertaking her Teaching and Learning in Schools Level 3 Diploma, alongside her family life and work in retail.

Magda, having moved here to Orpington from Poland, placed her three children with Our Lady’s Preschool. With all three now all at big school, Magda, herself, has made an excellent start with us. Magda is committed to quality care, fairness and inclusion for all our children, she is always positive and prepared, and is already a much-valued member of the team. Magda is currently studying for her English (as a second) Language certificate, keen to pursue a professional career in Early Years.
