Our Policies and Procedures

We follow all statutory Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.

Key policies include behaviour, safeguarding, health & safety, special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), and sustainability.

Ofsted require that every early years setting update their policies and procedures regularly (in line with UK government and local authority changes) and always make them readily available.

UK's data protection legislation

Data protection legislation controls how your personal information is used by organisations, including businesses and government departments.

In the UK, data protection is governed by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

This requires us by law to obtain your consent/signature for the collection, use and retention of data relating to you, your child and your emergency contacts.

Please note: We have written permission/consent signatures from all of the parents/legal guardians for the photos displayed on our website.
